We rent out in Mezquitilla near Torre del Mar in Spain in 2 periods.
In whole 2009 without june, july and august we rent out part of the villa while we live in the other part. We rent out double bedroom with ensuite and living/kitchen and terrace. Suited for 2-3 persons.The apartment is self-catering and Microwave, fridge and rest is present.
In june, july and august we rent out the entire villa and can then hold 5-6 persons. there is satellite TV (not english), Internet, no airconditioning and terrace.
Price in sommer 950 euro per week and rest of the year 425 euro per week. Cleaning 50 euros.
While we are present we offer excursions if you want. Several walks including walks up the Maroma, visit Alhama de Granada. If you want we can act as a chauffeur. We will pick you up at the airport and drive you around during your stay. You will save on a rental car. Please inquire for availability. Owners are dutch but speak english very well.
